This will give you what you need to easily create seamless beams and more!!!

This product library creates miter folds and the components seen are considered "Visual Only Parts"  The actual miter fold panels are hidden.  (see parts tab to view parts and visit operations and formulas)

Before cutting your beam, visit your job parameters and click "HideVisualOnlyParts"  You will then be able to just optimize your actual miter folds easily.
